Self enrolment

Iniciar os alunos na investigação experimental laboratorial, quer confrontando os alunos com experiências standard, quer com problemas sob investigação, assumindo, os alunos, ora o papel de investigador, ora o papel de participante. A UC abordará, entre outros, os processos avaliativos, emocionais, psicofísicos, de percepção,  memória e da aprendizagem, através de experiências estruturadas.
Competências a desenvolver
1- Aprendizagem de competências práticas de como delinear e montar uma investigação experimental laboratorial;
2- Saber interpretar investigações experimentais clássicas da psicologia, padronizadas, ou outras organizadas para fins de demonstração; 
3- Saber lidar com  instrumentos e métodos de investigação utilizados em investigações laboratoriais;
4- Conhecer os principais questões teóricas relacionadas com as experiências realizadas;
5- Saber interpretar os seus resultados;
6- Saber desenvolver um relatório de investigação, adequado às experiências realizadas.

English Form

Teaching students in the experimental laboratory research, whether confronting students with standard experiences or problems under investigation, assuming, the students, sometimes the researcher's role, sometimes the participant role. The curricular unit will focus on the evaluation or appraisal processes and emotion, psychophysics, perception, memory, and learning, through structured experiences.
Skills to be developed:
1- Learning practical skills on how to design and assemble experimental laboratory research.
2- to know some classic experimental investigations of psychology and experiments organized for education purpose;
3- to know the instruments and the apparatus of the laboratory experiments;
4- to interpret the results of the experiments performed;
5- to know the main questions of the different experiments performed;
6- to know how to develop the research reports of the experiments performed.
